Trying to line up biopsy before or after a holiday to NZ. Wondering about the pain/ discomfort after a transperineal prostate biopsy,
How would it be sitting on a three hour flight one day after the biopsy?
Scuba diving four days after a biopsy? ( Tell em he’s dreamin……..)
Preference is to have it done after holiday but not sure about timing yet..
Cheers for any insights from anyone that has had a biopsy already.

If you can delay it till after your holiday, I would delay it. Some problems are that semen turns black, not particularly romantic, sometimes lots of bruising, not particularly optically pleasing, and sometimes blood in the urine, which can be distracting and worrying. So its quite possible but better to delay if possible. Plus if it reveals cancer then that might play on your mind for the holiday.
So all your numbers add up to having a biopsy? Have you had a
PET scan yet?
