add signature content?

I am New to this online Forum. Just wondering if a signature block could be added. These signature blocks help in so many educational ways. These blocks could/will change as we progress through prostate cancer. Totally voluntary, but we all feel the benefits.

Signature Ideas: Your current /past Prostate Cancer position, maybe State, partner, etc, more fields?
