How do I register to view conversations?
Viewing conversations on the forum is public. Usernames are anonymised for visitors without an account. To join the conversation, just click the ‘Join the community’ button and follow the steps to create your account – it’s super simple and straightforward.

How do I start a conversation?
Once you are registered and logged into your account, tap the orange ‘Start a conversation’ button. Select the appropriate topic area, give your conversation a title, add in the details and click ‘Start a conversation’.

How do I comment on a conversation?
Once you are registered and logged into your account, find the conversation you’d like to comment on and scroll to the end of that post. You will then be able to type a reply into the comment box – you can even tag the person who posted the conversation by typing ‘@’ followed by their username.

I’ve registered, but I can’t remember my username. How do I log in?
No worries — you don’t need your username to log in. Just use the email address and password you registered with.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
It happens! Click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link on the sign-in page, enter your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset it.

I’m having trouble with the authentication code — it’s not arriving.
Double-check your Spam or Junk folder, as sometimes the code ends up there. If it’s still missing, let us know and we’ll help reset your login.

I’ve forgotten the email and password I used to register. Can you help?
If you’ve tried all your usual email addresses and still can’t get in, we can help. Just contact us with your name, best contact email, and phone number. We’ll find your account and send you a reset link.

What if I see an inappropriate post?
Click the three-dot menu on the conversation and select ‘Report’ — this helps us review the post faster and will keep our community as the safe welcoming place we intend it to be.
