My husband just had robotic prostatectomy itโs been 9 days. Heโs having leakage since he got catheter attached. Does anyone have the same issue to share please?

yes it’s common to get some leakage in the first few weeks post this
procedure – I am now 11 days post surgery myself
Presumably he has started some pelvic floor exercises ?
Keep fluids up, avoid fizzy and caffeinated drinks, ensure no
constipation

We can help provide more information about urinary symptoms and leakage after prostate surgery. You can have some leakage around catheters while they are in, there are many reasons why this happens, it’s easier to answer your questions and provide immediate reassurance via a short call.
