Radiation toxicity

I am 9 months post ebrt.I had an initial 5 week flare after treatment stopped.I had 39 treatments at 78 Gy

Over the last 3 months the flare symptoms have flared again and are getting steadily worse

The pain is intolerable,my stream is restricted and I can only pass about 50 ml at a time

My GP sent a letter to adem Crosby centre requesting an urgent review yesterday.It gets so bad that I break down in tears even at the doctor’s yesterday. I alone in having these symptoms os do others have the same experience?
